Lead Times and Delivery
How long will my order take?
Orders will usually take between 5-7 days from order to dispatch (making time). If a more intricate design or gems that I do not stock will be needed this will take a little longer due to waiting for supply (usually an additional 5-7 days), please bear this in mind when ordering. If you would like a fuller estimate, please contact me to discuss your specific needs.
Dispatch times (in additional to the making time above)
We use Royal Mail for all our delivery options:
Standard delivery - usually takes 1-5 days from dispatch (please be aware that this is out of our control and may be longer at peak times/during the pandemic etc.) (Not trackable)
Orders over £25.00 are sent signed for and will require a signature upon delivery. (Not trackable)
UK express - Guaranteed net working day from dispatch. (Trackable service)
We do not ship internationally at present.
Gift Certificates are free as these are sent as a digital download.
Ring Sizers and Polishing Cloths will be sent Royal Mail 1st class in a standard envelope.
We aim to create orders in the order in which they are received, if you have a special request/rush order please contact us before ordering to see if this can be accommodated.
Lost Orders
It is extremely rare that the Royal Mail (our partner delivery service) misplaces postal items. We would ask that if your order is taking a little longer than expected please contact us after waiting an additional 3 days from expected arrival (hoping it is still in the postal system). Orders not received within 10 working days we will classify as lost. We will then look into this in more detail for you and re-make your item or offer a refund. We would ask that before this you do check your shipping address is correct.
You MUST check your shipping address before placing your order, as we are not responsible for any delays or lost parcels due to incorrect shipping details given to us. We will not be able to offer a refund/free replacement due to incorrect shipping address (in these circumstances your items can be remade and charged accordingly as if a new order).
Any items returned to us due to incorrect shipping address will be subject to a new shipping charge.
