You can order a ring sizer from me. Although this does not give a guarantee for a perfect fit it is a good way to measure at home if you cannot visit a local jeweller. Alternatively if you have a local jewellery store you could have your ring size measured. All rings are made to your specific size, using a UK ring size chart. Also you could measure any rings that you currently have (again take them to your jeweller). Some of our customers find the following site useful in converting their international sizes to estimate a UK size (ringsizes.co) Please ensure you are accurate and know your size before ordering as pieces are made to your ownrer and we cannot be responsible for inaccurate sizing/poor fit. Orders will usually take between 5-7 days from receipt of order to dispatch. If a more intricate design or gems that I do not stock will be needed this will take a little longer due to waiting for supplies (usually an additional 5-7 days), please bear this in mind when ordering. If you would like a fuller estimate please contact me to discuss your specific needs. We use Royal Mail signed for service as standard. If you would like your order to be tracked please select that option on the payment page. Orders for polishing cloths/ring sizers will be posted Royal Mail standard 1st class.

We do offer returns/exchanges (at your cost) within 10 days of receipt. However this does not apply to personalised items or earrings due to hygiene reasons or if deemed unsaleable. If you would like to return an item please contact us so that we can provide you with our return details, so that you can return in its original packaging. Please note that all our pieces are created using traditional methods (not machine made) and as such may have elements that celebrate their unique handmade nature and are NOT imperfections. Personalised pieces are stamped individually by eye one character at a time and creates a bespoke unique impression which may differ slightly in alignment, depth and spacing - this is to be celebrated as part of the character of handmade pieces.

The best way to look after your silver jewellery is to wear it. The natrual oils on skin help keep silver in good condition. The natural process of tarnishing can however occur over time, usually when items are left unworn and oxidises with the air, this tarnishing can be removed by polishing your jewellery. When you are not wearing your jewellery the best way to store is in an air-tight bag. Every so often it is advisable to have your jewellery professionally cleaned.

All my silver is 925 Sterling Silver, (92.5% silver with additional metals 7.5% - usually copper added to give strength). Therefore this is Nickel free which is what most people are sensitive to. However we cannot be held responsible for any reaction so please be aware of any sensitivites you may have before ordering.

Yes I do! I love nothing more than making in my studio. Some components (eg. bezels for gems, especially small ones) I will buy in as they're too small to make by hand and are over time consuming for such a small element of a piece, everything else is handmade using traditional tools and silversmithing techniques. We like to be true to our ethics and do not use any animal by-products in our making and where possible use recycled silver.

In the UK pieces over 7.78g have to be Hallmarked at the Assay office. Most of my pieces fall below this weight and therefore there is no requirement. If however you would like your piece hallmarked please let me know and for the additional fee this can be arranged. Where there is room on a piece it will be stamped .925 to indicate it is silver. For all my Hallmarked pieces (7.78g and over) there will be additional time required in order to send this to the Assay office for my makers mark to be added and be returned to me before onward dispatch.

Our jewellery items come in a luxury branded jewellery box and placed inside a postal box with our care card, all tissue wrapped. Our packaging is eco-friendly and recyclable without losing any touches of luxury. As such this is perfect to be sent direct as a gift for someone to receive, we do not enclose any invoices - these are sent via e-mail.
