Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions help set out conditions as part of a contract for sale between a seller and a buyer and the relevant product (“goods”) and purchase of that product. When we refer to “we” “us” “our” “me” etc refer to us as the seller. References to “you” “consumer” are as the buyer.
Read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they apply when you buy goods from us via this website. They are available to print and for you to keep. Note that we do not keep a specific copy for each transaction with you and therefore cannot guarantee that they will be accessible on the website at any time in the future. The Terms and Conditions relevant and in force to your purchase are those stated on the day of purchase.
We are required to indicate that we have a duty to supply goods which conform to the contract, the below does not affect your legal Consumer rights in relation to good that do not conform to this contract (whether faulty, not as described) You can obtain advice from Citizens Advice Bureau.
These Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time and without notice. Please check carefully each time you purchase to ensure the correct prevailing conditions.
Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel subject to the below:
Goods were personalised or made to your specifications
Goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons.
To have the right to cancellation, you must contact Bespoke Legacy Jewellery by e-mail at bespokelegacy.jewellery@gmail.com
If you cancel this contract we will reimburse all payments received by you via the payment method used. We may deduct from the reimbursement any loss of value of any of the goods supplied as a result of any over handling. Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receipt by us of the returned goods. You must ensure that the goods are returned to the address given without undue delay. You will bear the cost of returning the goods.
Variations in representations/descriptions
we do out upmost to ensure that all descriptions and representations of all goods appearing on our website are correct. We make reasonable efforts to ensure we display as accurately as possible their appearance/colour/texture and finish of our goods. However please bear in mind that due to variations in technology and how these are reproduced the colour/tone may differ. Furthermore you acknowledge that you understand that any photographs are a representation of how goods MAY look and will not be exact, due to the fact that you are purchasing a bespoke made-to-order item similar to the one represented in any photography. Any packaging and labelling of goods you receive may differ slightly from the images shown on the website.
Pricing and Payment
Payment must be made in advance of the item being made. Dispatch of the item will be once the item has been paid for, the components purchased by me and then made. Turn-around times are given as an estimate at the time of purchase. If you require a more detailed estimate of delivery please contact us.
Delivery of goods is at your expense and the rates shows and choices available are listed on our check-out page.
If we have listed any goods for sale and it comes to light that this has been mis-priced we are not obliged to supply the item at the price, we shall notify you before dispatch to give the option of purchasing at the correct price or cancellation, for which any monies received will be refunded.
Your Order
Our website is set up to ensure that there are options to check your order before proceeding. Please ensure that all information is correct before placing your order. Once your order is received a confirmation e-mail will be sent. There will be no binding contract until you receive a confirmation e-mail from us and the order is accepted. We may decline to accept an order for any reason after this time as all orders are subject to availability - components to make up an order may be out of stock with our suppliers and although this is rare this does sometimes happen. If any goods are unavailable, we will notify you of this as soon as possible and will arrange a full refund.
Delivery
We only ship to the UK are present.
Delivery dates given are estimates only. As a consumer we have no liability for any losses arising from delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control and where we could not reasonable foresee any delay.
